Dr Darren Baker is a clinical psychologist by profession and has been working in the NHS for about 15 years. For the last 10, Darren has been working in an early intervention in psychosis team in East London. He has a long standing interest in systemic approaches more generally and Open Dialogue in particular. However, it is in the last three or four years that he has made a concerted effort to develop this interest into something more tangible. During this time, Darren has been introducing Open Dialogue to the team and the Trust where he works with the goal of making it central to the way we provide care. Darren has also been developing his own knowledge and skills by participating in the three year Open Dialogue training organised by Open Dialogue UK.
