Paul Ekwuruke is a registered nurse with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council and a member of the Royal College of Nursing. He has achieved 20 years of experience in Mental Health Nursing in various NHS settings with various client groups. He has experience of working with refugees and asylum seekers, and those who are homeless with mental health problems, as well as case management and assertive outreach, home treatment and crisis resolution, therapeutic community, and mental health liaison. He is currently a student on the full 3 year training in the Open Dialogue Approach.
